Tea and Bannock Instructions

This lesson will be visited over two days. The first day will be an exploration of the history of bannock. The second day will see us making our own bannock.

Listen to the CBC radio's unreserved audio clip on bannock. While you are listening think about: why bannock became such a popular food item for Indigenous people and European settlers and why is it still popular today?

Spend some time looking through the links placed below. If it is a longer article try hitting "ctrl+f" and type in what you are looking for in the search bar that pops up. It will then search the article for the word you are trying to find.
